On September 1, 1996, the cows were moved from the old milking parlor to the new dairy center. It was an adventure that brought together the entire neighborhood to see the event. The only thing was, Norman and Sallie did not invite anybody, they all just came. At Dairyfield Farm Norman and Sallie strive for maximum public relations. Since so many people arrived, Sallie called up her mom, and her mom called up her friends, and the bake goods came rolling in that afternoon. Nobody went home hungry that night, and all the cows were moved.
