Sallie is the manager of the dairy center and makes sure the cows are being milked. She watches the herd health closely, and works closely with the herdsman. Sallie is the cow �midwife� on the farm. She checks around the clock on the cows to calve. She also is ahead of all the babies, feeding them all twice a day.
