DanceMasters dance studio on Lakeside Ave. in Richmond, (804)262-9587, offers lessons and they have dance parties. Ask for Rock Foster, the owner. USABDA (United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Association). The twice/month USABDA dances are great offerings. Also, the Charlottesville, Va (one hour from Richmond) USABDA chapter is very active, with dances at least once/month.
