Increased Taxes!
The only thing in the Great State of Michigan
that has not been taxed is your pecker. Simply because 98% of the
time it is out of work, and the other 2% of the time it is in the hole.
Also, it has two dependents who are both nuts.
But, as of November 1, 1998 your pecker
will be taxed according to its size. Please state your correct size
on page 2, Section 1, Line 1 of your State Income Tax form.
Listed below are the various taxable categoris
according to size:
