A friend should be someone who'll always be there
To take time to listen, to help out, to care.
A friend should be someone who makes you feel good,
Who's able to cheer you when no one else could.
A friend should be warm, understanding, and true,
Someone you trust who will let you be you.
But all of these things that a good friend should be
Are just a small part of what you are to me.
