What is the Venus butterfly?

This is allegedly a technique which is supposed to do orgasmic wonders.
It was mentioned in an episode of L.A. Law, but of course, was never
explained. Some people have suggested a method that might fit
the name: Put your palms together, finger to finger, spread your
fingers, and insert one pair of fingers into the vagina, another into
the anus, plus another pair, stimulating the clitoris. This provides a
sort of triple stimulation.
