Lennie Moore previously had his
own band "Lennie Moore & The West Virginians". He gave it
up after nearly fifteen years! He now enjoys just playing and singing with
Carolyn's group. No headaches!
Lennie provides rhythm, harmony,
duets with Carolyn, and many, many songs to the group. He can sing old
classics by stars such as Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Hank Williams Sr.,
and George Jones. He also likes a lot of the newer stuff by stars such
as George Strait and Alan Jackson. His range is incredible! I've even heard
him sing "Only You". When someone has a request for an oldie,
Lennie is usually the one who knows it!
Lennie lives
near Parkersburg, West Virginia with his girl friend, Nancy. He works during
the week as a printer at the local university (more than 20 years!). He
and Nancy enjoy camping and having friends over (Nancy is a good cook),
and, of course, the music. They have done a really good job of fixing up
their house.
