I Surrender All
Take this heart,Take it all..
Although it is very small.
Take my Life,Release me;
Find the real me and set him free!
I surrender all..
And all I possess to you,
I need healing like only you can do
By God forgiveness and His Grace
He helps put my heart in its proper place..
Shine your light onward, and one step at a time...
I hopefully will come closer to thine
My Master
He's there for me, to care for me!
He listens to me and helps me see.
The good in me...what I should be..
For eternity, I'll live for He,
Who opened my heart, and set me free!
The Cross in My Pocket
I carry a cross in my pocket, a simple reminder to me
of the fact that I am a Christian, no matter where I may be
This little cross is not magic, nor a good luck charm
it isn't meant to protect me from every physical harm
It's not for identification,for all the world to see
it's simply an understanding between my Savior and me
When I put my hand in my pocket, whatever the reason may be,
the cross is there to remind me of the price He paid for me.
It reminds me, too, to be thankfull, for my blessings each day
and to strive to serve Him better in all I do and say
It's also a daily reminder, of the peace and comfort I share
with all who know my Master, and give themselves to His care
So, I carry a cross in my pocket as a reminder to noone but me
that Jesus Christ is Lord of my life if only I'll let Him be.
