LEFT AND RIGHT ROCK FORWARD AND BACK WITH TRIPLE STEPS

1.

Rock forward on right heel

2.

Rock back onto left foot

3&4

Triple-step in place (step right, step left, step right)

5.

Rock forward on left heel

6.

Rock back onto right foot

7&8

Triple-step in place (step right, left, right)

 

9.

Step right foot forward

10.

Make 1/4 turn to left, switching weight to ball of left foot

11.

Stomp right foot next to left and transfer weight to right

12.

Stomp left foot next to right and transfer weight to left

Push right knee out in front

Bring right knee in and push left knee out in front (keep left heel on floor and weight on left foot)
