MOVE FORWARD AND STOMP

1.

Step RIGHT foot forward.

2.

Step LEFT foot forward.

3.

Step RIGHT foot forward.

4.

Stomp (down) LEFT foot beside right foot (weight will be on both feet).

5.

Move heels to RIGHT (with feet together, weight to the balls of both feet).

6.

Move toes to RIGHT (with feet together, weight to the heels of both feet.

7.

Move heels to RIGHT (with feet together, weight to the heels of both feet.

8.

Move toes to RIGHT (with feet together weight to the heels of both feet.

HEEL, CROSS, HEEL, TOUCH BACK

9.

Touch LEFT heel forward.

10.

Cross LEFT heel/ankle across front of right shin (about mid-shin).

11.

Touch LEFT heel forward.

12.

Touch LEFT toe back.

SCOOTS

Step LEFT foot forward

14.

Scoot into 1/4 turn LEFT (with weight on left foot .

Step RIGHT for forward.

Scoot into 1/4 turn LEFT (with weight on right foot and right knee raised.

Step LEFT foot forward.

Scoot into 1/4 turn LEFT (with weight on left foot and right knee raised.

Scoot into 1/4 turn LEFT (with weight on right foot and left knee raised).

VINE INTO 1/2 TURN LEFT AND RUSH RIGHT

Step LEFT foot to left side.

Step RIGHT foot cross behind left foot.

Step LEFT foot to left side into 1/2 turn left.

Brush RIGHT foot forward (as you move right foot forward).

VINE INTO ½ TURN LEFT AND BRUSH RIGHT
