Chicken livers with smoked and spread cheese
1 kg. chiken livers, 600 gr. smoked
cheese, 1 package spread cheese, ground black pepper, salt, 1 onion, 25 gr. butter
Boil the chiken the
chicken livers for 10-12 minutes. Drain'em but don't squeeze. In an pressure pot saute the
onion with butter. Add the black pepper, the salt and the livers. Shake gently the pot a
couple of times and add the cut in small pieces smoked cheese and the spread cheese. Leave
to cook for a couple of minutes stirring gently. Then add 1/3 glass of water or white
wine, close the pot and cook under pressure for 10 minutes. Then open the pot, set the
stove to medium and stir gently a little and voilà...
My advice:
immediately after the meal is cooked poor it into another utensil and wash the pressure
pot immediately by hand, not in the dishwasher, because if not you'll be washing and
crying :).

Chicken quarters on salt
4 chicken quarters /washed and
dried/, 8 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 50 gr. parsley, 1 spoon garlic powder,
100 gr. spring onions, 3 spoons of tarragon, 1/2 kg. salt not the fine one, cooking paper
Preheat the oven to
210 degrees Celsius. Mix the soy sauce, the vinegar, the garlic powder and some salt.
Spread the mixture over the quarters. If you don't have the appropriate brush to do it put
the chicken in a bowl and pour over it the sauce. In a shallow plate mix the salt and the
herbs. Roll the quarters in it. Wrap them in the paper and put'em in the oven in a greased
baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 min. Then get them out, unwrap and voilà...
