Recipe: Chocolate Silk Pie
Ingredients:
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream -- softened
1 cup Cold Milk
1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding and Pie filling mix {4-serving size}
1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding and Pie filling mix {4-serving size}
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 9-inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Frozen Whipped Topping -- thawed {optional}
Instructions:
In a large sized bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat
together
ice cream, milk, vanilla pudding mix, chocolate pudding mix, nutmeg, and
cinnamon for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into pie crust; cover and
freeze at least 2 hours, or until firm. Remove from freezer about 15
minutes before serving and garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
