Mocha Fudge Pudding Cake


3/4 C. sugar
1 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. butter
1 block (1 oz.) Hershey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. packed light brown sugar
1/4 C. cocoa
1 C. strong hot coffee
ice cream

Combine 3/4 C. sugar, the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Melt butter with baking chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Add to dry ingredients along with milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into an 8 inch square pan. Combine 1/2 C. sugar, the brown sugar and cocoa in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour coffee ovr top and do not stir. Bake at 350' for 40 minutes or till center is almost set. Serve warm with ice cream.
