MORAVIAN SUGAR CAKE

Ingredients

1/2 C.instant potato flakes

5/8 c. water (for webilt/Dak add 2 Tblsp more water)

2 eggs

3 c. all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 c. butter

1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tsp. active dry yeast

TOPPING

1 c. brown sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 c. melted butter

ICING

3/4 c. confectioners sugar

about 4 tsp. milk

Place dough ingredients in bread pan, select dough setting. When dough has risen enough, turn out onto a floured surface. Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan or 16x12x1 inch baking pan. Place dough in pan; gently stretching it, press it evenly into the pan. Cover and let rise in warm oven 30-45 minutes until doubled. (Hint:To warm oven slightly, turn on warm setting for 2 minutes then turn off and place covered dough in oven to rise. After done rising remove pan from oven to preheat to 350�.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping. With two fingers poke deep holes all over the dough. Srinkle sugar mixture evenly over dough. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on serving plate. Allow cake to cool slightly, Combine the confectioners sugar and milk for the icing and drizzle on top of cooled coffee cake.
