Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of this mixture. Press remainder firmly on the bottom of a 13"x9"x2" baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. In large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy, and gradually beat in the condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, and mix well. Pour over baked crust. Combine the nuts with the reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle over the cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly. Cool and cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator. makes 24 to 36 bars
