BASIC SWEET DOUGH

3/8 cup water (for Welbilt/Dak machines add 2 Tblsp. water)
3/8 c. milk
1 egg
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
4 Tblsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp.active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan. Select dough setting. When dough has risen long enough turn out on floured surface.
