1 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
4 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. cold coffee
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Beat eggs, sugar and oleo together until light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with coffee. Fold in apples. Pour into 9x13 pan (greased and floured)
Topping Ingredients
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Mix and sprinkle over top of cake. Bake at 350� for 50-60 minutes.
