Ingredients
2-9-ounce packages frozen
artichoke hearts
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 small garlic clove,crushed
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon diced pimiento
Instructions
1. Prepare artichoke hearts as the lable directs; drain them thoroughly.
2. In large bowl, mix salad oil with lemon juice. sugar, salt, mustard, pepper, basil and garlic until well blended.
3. Stir in artichoke hearts, sliced mushrooms and diced pimiento. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, tossing mixture occasionally.
