Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons minced chives or onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoons pepper
3 large cucumbers
Instructions
1 In large bowl, combine sour cream, minced chives, lemon juice
salt and pepper.
2. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; add and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
