Ingredients:
1-1/4 pounds ground lamb
4 hamburger buns
For the seasoning:
2 tablespoons finely chopped
Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons finely chopped
fresh Italian parsley
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dried Rosemary,
crushed
1 teaspoon minced garlic
� teaspoon Kosher salt
� teaspoon freshly ground
black pepper
2 tablespoons water
Mix all seasoning ingredients.
Instructions:
1. Add the lamb and gently mix with seasoning. Gently shape the meat into eight patties, about � inch thick each; don�t overwork the meat.
2. Grill the patties over direct medium heat until the lamb is medium done, 7 to 9 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time. Grill the buns over direct medium heat until toasted, about 30 seconds. Serve the lamb hot on the toasted buns. Serves 4.
