Ingredients:
1 10-ounce jar orange
marmalade
2 tablespoons butter or
margarine
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 garlic clove, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
8 lamb shoulder arm
chops, each cut about
1 inch thick
Instructions:
1. Preheat broiler as manufacturer directs. In 1-quart saucepan over low heat, heat all ingredients except chops until marmalade melts, stirring occasionally.
2. Place chops on rack in broiling pan; broil 10 to 15 minutes until of desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally
with marmalade mixture.
