Ingredients
Quick Pizza Crust(see recipe under
Desserts and Breads section
1/2 pound ground beef(80% lean)
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 can(8 ounce)pizza sauce
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin
rings
1 green onion, sliced
3/4 cup(6 ounces)shredded mozzarella
cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare Quick Pizza Crust. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Crumble beef into skillet. Cook, stirring to separate meat, until no pink remains. Pour off drippings.
2. Sprinkle Italian seasonings, fennel seeds and crushed red pepper over beef. Spread pizza sauce over baked pizza crust. Place green pepper and onion over sauce; top with beef mixture.
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
