Makes: 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups cake flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup corn oil
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
Icing:
1 package(8 0z.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine, softened
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients for the cake in the order listed. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and spread with the icing.
Icing: Mix all ingredients with mixer.
