Cappucino Mix
1 (8-quart) package nonfat dry milk
1 (16-ounce) jar powdered nondairy creamer
1 (1-pound) package instant cocoa mix
1 (8-ounce) jar instant coffee
1 (1-pound) package confectioners sugar

Combine dry milk powder, nondairy creamer, cocoa mix, instant coffee powder and confectioners sugar in large container; mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each mug. Add 1 cup boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Store mix in covered container. Yield: 32 servings.




Lemon Almond Tea
1-1/2 quarts water
1-1/4 cups sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Rind of 1 lemon
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups strong tea
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon almond extract

Bring water and sugar to a boil in saucepan. Add lemon juice and rind. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add lemonade concentrate and tea. Return to a boil; remove from heat. Add flavorings. Pour into cups. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.

Citrus Chiller

2 (8-ounce) containers lemon yogurt
2 cups skim milk
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice, slightly thawed

Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Chill or serve immediately over ice. Serves 4.

Triple Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 cups milk
1 (8-ounce) container raspberry yogurt
3 ice cubes

Stir together blueberries and strawberries in small bowl. Sprinkle sugar over top. Let stand for a few minutes. Meanwhile, combine milk and yogurt in blender. Add blueberry mixture. Process until smooth. While blender runs, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, keeping blender cup covered. Serve immediately. Serves 3.

Bananaberry Smash

12 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 banana, sliced
12 strawberries, hulled, divided
Combine pineapple juice, banana and 10 strawberries in blender. Puree until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses. Garnish with remaining strawberries. Serves 2.
