NACHO SUPPER

1 lb ground beef, cooked & drained
1 small can of green chilies (optional)
1/2 chopped medium onion
2 (16 oz) cans of refried beans
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup picante sauce (or more to taste)

Preheat oven to 400. Brown the ground beef & onions in a large skillet & drain. Add salt & pepper to taste. Set aside. Combine refried beans, taco seasoning, & half of cheeses in a medium mixing bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Spread bean & cheese mixture into bottom of pan. Add ground beef & onions on top. Follow with green chilies, picante sauce, & the other 1/2 of the cheeses. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.
