meat marinade
1 large round steak
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
1 lb. cheese (or more if you like...we love cheese)
Marinade your round steak overnight. Chop both peppers, and onion into small pieces. Either roll or pound your steak to make thin, then cover the steak with the peppers and onion, top the vegies with cheese. (you can substitute the vegies for other vegetables.) Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350.
