WHITE COOKIES & FROSTING

6 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs unbeaten
4 tsp. vanilla
1 lb butter....( I only use butter)

Mix flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy, then add flour and mix together well. Roll 1/8" thick.  Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool

Frosting
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. Crisco (white)
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
milk to make desired consistency.
Mix all together with beater.

Frost cookies and sprinkle decorations or colored sugar on top.
