SPINACH RICE SALAD

1 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 t. sugar
2 c. fresh spinach, cut in thin lengths
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green onion, diced
1/2 c. bacon crumbled

Cook rice as directed and cool. Put dressing, soy sauce and
sugar into rice. Cover and chill. Fold remaining ingredients
before serving.
