SALLY'S FIESTA BEAN DIP

1 can Refried Beans
1 pkg Cream Cheese
1 jar Salsa
1 pkg Shredded Chedder
Black Olives
Green & Red Peppers

Place refried beans in bottom of serving dish. Mix some of the salsa with the cream cheese and place over refried beans. Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded cheese over this layer. Top with remaining salsa and then the remaining cheese. Cut up olives and peppers and use them for decoration on top. Serve with you favorite chips.
