RHUBARB CAKE

5-6  cups rhubarb, cut up
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2  cups sugar
1 Tblsp flour
1 pkg yellow cake mix

Combine first four ingredients and put into a greased 3"x13" baking pan. Prepare cake mix and pour over top of the rhubarb mixture.
Bakeat 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Completely cool before serving, as the Jell-O needs to set. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
