PUMPKIN WALNUT BREAD

3 1/2 c sifted flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 c water
2 c seedless raisins
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 c sugar
1 can pumpkin
1 c vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 c chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour two (2) 9x9x2) pans. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water & eggs. Use med. speed on electric mixer. Gradually add flour mixture & mix well. Stir in raisins & nuts. Pour batter in pans & bake one (1) hour until toothpick comes out clean.
