POTATO PIE

This is really good....from my daughter, Kim

2 pie shells
1 lb. meat cooked (any kind - I think I've only had it with hamburg)
4 slices of cooked bacon
onion
3 small - medium potatoes
2 cups Parmesan cheese or Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes then layer everything. Dab sour cream over. Put pie shells on top and cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 for 1 hour then turn oven down to 325 for 10 minutes.
