PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

1/2 cup Sugar
3 Tbls flour
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
6 Tbls. pineapple juice
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese

For the topping:
1/2 stick butter -- melted
Crushed ritz crackers, enough to cover top of casserole

Mix sugar and flour.  Add pineapple juice; then the pineapple. ix in the grated cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix crushed crackers and butter. Place on top. Bake 350 for 25 min.
