PEPPERONI BREAD

Got this from a friend, Jean, and wanted to pass it on...sounds good!

(Remember you can use any filling you want)

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 - 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 - 1/2 lb. pepperoni sliced thin..(or ham or salami or whatever)
1/4 - 1/2 lb. provolone cheese slices

Let the bread dough rise according to package directions. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll out one piece into a rectangle. Combine egg, parsley, oregano, garlic salt and parmesan cheese. Spread half the mixture onto
rolled-out dough. Top with half the pepperoni slices and half the cheese. Repeat with second roll. Roll up dough starting at long side pinching ends and seam. Roll up both loaves. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 350
degrees for 35 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
