ORANGE DELIGHT

Step 1:
2 small or 1 large box of orange Jell-O
1 (No. 2) Can of Crushed Pineapple (drained)
Retain Pineapple juice.
**Mix Jell-O as directed, add pineapple. Pour into an
8x12 oiled dish (or one that is similar in size). When
Jell-O is almost congealed, sprinkle 1/2 cup
of pecans over the top.

Step 2:
1 Large Box of Dream Whip
1 8oz. Package of Cream Cheese
**Mix Dream Whip as directed on package. Soften
cream cheese and add to Dream Whip. Spread over Jell-O.

Step 3:
Retained Pineapple Juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs. plain flour
1 Tbs. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
**Beat eggs and set aside.  Mix all other ingredients
in a blender and add eggs last thing.  Pour mixture into
a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat until somewhat thickened.  Allow to cool and spread over Dream Whip Mixture.
