LOW FAT PASTA SALAD
1 pound tri-color rotelle 1 8 oz Italian dressing (light, fat free...your choice) 1 pound cheese ( your choice, I use part skim mozzarella) 1 lb block of turkey 1 med to large Vidalia onion
Cook pasta "al dente", drain. Add bottle of dressing to the pasta. Dice Vidalia onion, stir it in. Cube the cheese and turkey, add to the pasta. Place in refrigerator let sit for at least 6 hours. |
