LOW-FAT FISH BAKE

Fish fillets
Vegetables, of choice
Seasonings
Pam

Spray bottom of foil with Pam. Arrange fish fillet in center of foil. Sprinkle seasonings of choice over fish and arrange vegetables around (potatoes, onions, carrots, green beans, etc.) Spray again with Pam and bake at 425 for 20-30 min. GREAT!!
