LEMON LUSH DESSERT
1 pkg Cream cheese-8oz.(reg. Or lite) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 lg Cool whip (reg. Or lite) 2 pkg Lemon instant pudding 3 cups milk (1 or 2%) 2 sticks butter or margarine 2 cups flour
Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. Melt butter and stir in flour. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 20 min. Mix together the cream cheese and powered sugar until creamy. Fold one cup of cool whip and spread on top of cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk and pour on top of cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Add sprinkles if desired. Makes 20 servings. |
