2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
Measure all dry ingredients into bowl, and add mayonnaise,
water and vanilla. Stir just enough to mix. Bake in buttered
and floured pans or pan lined with wax paper; Bake 35 min. in 350 degree oven. Let cool some before removing from pan.
ICING
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup butter
chopped nuts
Mix together and bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Let cool,
then beat until thick and add nuts.
