HOWSER FAMILY POTATO SALAD

6-8 potatoes
5 pickles (sweet or sour)
3 stalks celery (optional)
Diced onions (to taste)

Dressing:  4 T mayonnaise, salt & pepper, sugar, vinegar or pickle juice, little bit of mustard (optional)
Peel potatoes & cut into cubes.  Bring to a boil & boil for 10 minutes. Cool in colander for 30-45 minutes.  Combine potatoes, celery, pickles & onions in a large bowl.  Mix dressing ingredients in another bowl & blend well.  Pour dressing over potatoes & stir. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.  Serves 3 or 4.
