HOBO DINNER
Onion slices, 1/2" thick Potato slices Carrots, either whole or sliced Hamburger patties Salt and pepper
Take a large piece of heavy foil, one piece per person, place an onion slice on bottom, then add potato slices, carrots and then the hamburger pattie. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold foil around vegetables and hamburger pattie and place on grill or over campfire. Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. You can add as many vegetables as you like. It will depend on how hungry you are. |
