HEAVENLY STRAWBERRY CAKE

I made this for my daughter on her 21st birthday. She begs for it.

1 package white cake mix
1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries thawed
eggs
1 cup whipping cream
8 oz white chocolate
12 oz cream chesse
8 oz tub cool whip
fresh strawberries to garnish

Mix cake accordingly to package, but substitute water for 1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries, add an extra egg and 8 ozs cream cheese. Mix well and back at 350 degress for 25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

Icing - Heat whipping cream to almost boil, pour over 4 ozs cream cheese and 8 ozs white chocolate, mix well. When cooled, add Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake and garnish with strawberries.
