FRUIT PIZZA

1 15 oz pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3-8 varieties of fruit (fresh is best)
2-4 Tbs fruit preserves

Slice cookie dough 1/8" thick and arrange overlapping to fill a 12 1/2" round pizza pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.  Cool.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cookie crust. Slice and arrange fruit. Thin preserves with water and spread over top to glaze. Kiwi looks nice in the center. If you use canned fruit put on paper towel to drain off some of the juice first.
