COCONUT SURPRISE CAKE

This is a great cake and low fat!!

1 white cake mix
3 egg whites
11/4 cups water
1/3 cup applesauce
2 Tbs. flour
1 (12oz) cool whip
1 (12 oz. package coconut
1 can fat-free Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Blend cake mix, egg whites , water and applesauce in a lg. bowl at low speed of electric mixer, until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour Batter into a greased and floured 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately punch holes oll over cake with a tooth pick or a plastic straw. Drizzle condensed milk over cake while hot, use the whole can of milk. Allow cake to cool completely on a rack. Spread cool whip and cover with coconut. Refrigerate.
