CAMP SHAWANO BANANA BOATS

one banana per person
chocolate chips
mini-marshmallows
tin foil

Do not remove the banana peel.  Hold the banana up on a flat surface so it looks like a boat.  Lengthwise, cut about halfway through the banana from end to end (like you're going to make a taco) Stuff as many chocolate chips and marshmallows into the slit as you can.  Wrap each banana tightly in tin foil.  Place around the edge of the campfire and cook for about 20 minutes.  Unwrap carefully and eat with a spoon right out of the banana peel.
