CHICKEN APPLE WALNUT SALAD
Here is a very tasty recipes that I make often. Very low fat
2 cups cooked chicken breast-diced. 2 cups diced apples (green or red) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup grapes- halves 1 can pineapple tidbits-drained 1/2 cup fat-free mayonaise 4 Tbls. honey 3 Tbls. Dijon mustard 1 packet -any brand artificial sweetener
Cook and dice chicken. Combine cool chicken and apples, walnuts,celery and pineapple. In a small bowl, combine mayonaise, honey and mustard. Fold into chicken mixture and serve over lettuce . Optional |
