CINNAMON NUT BREAD

5 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbls plus 1 tsp baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 tablespoons oil
2 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup nuts

Mix together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and
mix gently. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 350F for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
