CHEESE BEER BREAD


Michelle,
I have tried your recipe for beer bread and found if you add a tablespoon full of canned garlic and a cup of good strong
Cheddar cheese, it makes a great cheese bread!!!!!!


1 Tbsp canned garlic
1 cup strong Cheddar cheese
3 cups self-rising flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (I like it sweet)
1 can 12oz. beer (room temp)

Mix everything together, bake at 350F for 1 hour, and enjoy. Don't forget to grease the pan (I use Pam).
