COOL LIME PIE

1 (8 oz) Package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) Can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz limeade concentrate
4 drops green food coloring
1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip, thawed, divided
1 (9 in) Graham cracker crust  
1 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced (Garnish)
1 mandarin orange, sections (garnish opp)
1/2 c Pistachios, chopped (garnish opp)

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add limeade and food coloring. Fold in half of cool whip. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with remaining cool whip and kiwi. Top with Orange sections and pistachios if desired.
