BROCCOLI SUPREME

*A long time favorite from my sister, Jackie.

2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (or I use fresh...whatever )
1 Cup MAYONNAISE
2 eggs well beaten
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 Cup herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Cook broccoli, drain well.  Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion.  Mix well  and pour into an oblong dish. ( 9 x 13 or I have used a little smaller).  Sprinkle with cheese. Melt oleo and mix with the bread crumbs...might ntil bubbly and browned on top.
